Kingdom Rush Vengeance — Builds, Heroes & Farming 2025
Updated: 16 Aug 2025
Scope: Campaign and endless strategies for consistent 3-star clears and efficient star/currency farming.
Playstyle Overview
- Anchor + Pincer: Create one “immovable” choke (stall + splash), then pincer side lanes with precision towers.
- Spike first, spread later: Hit your first power spike (key T3/T4) before making new bases—low-level spam leaks.
- Rotate actives: Stagger hero ultimate and global spell so one is always ready for elite clusters.
Best Tower Lines & Upgrade Priorities
Archer Tech → Dark Rangers
Poison + disable shines versus swarms and mediums. Max poison line first; add disable to hold elites in splash range.
Artillery Tech → Infernal/DWAARP-style
Pick artillery with reliable knockback or huge AoE. Upgrade the control first—damage multiplies when enemies stay clumped.
Mage Tech → Shadow/Hex Caster
Armor answers with debuffs. Grab the first shred/debuff before raw damage to boost team DPS.
Barracks Tech → Assassins / Durable Frontline
Use side-lane assassins. Invest in smoke/evade tools early; they buy time for artillery ticks.
Hero Picks & Skill Orders
- Bruiser: survivability + AoE swing first; anchor the main choke.
- Ranged nuker: burst + cooldowns; rotate lanes to finish runners.
- Support: CC or buffs that extend damage windows.
Gold Efficiency Rules
- Don’t over-guard dead lanes—two efficient towers + barracks beat four under-leveled towers.
- Sell timing: dump a T1 to finish a key T3 spike before an elite wave.
- Spell economy: a good global cast can replace 2–3 panic upgrades.
Map Patterns & Tactics
- Split entries: Rangers/poison on wide lane, artillery on the merge. Rally micro starts stalls earlier.
- Armor-heavy arcs: Rush mage tech + debuffs, then artillery. Poison alone won’t carry.
- Boss phases: Save spells for add waves; heroes body the boss while towers clear the swarm.
Endless & Farming Loops
Prefer maps with short wave timers and predictable spawns. Aim for perma-clump setups: disable + assassins + artillery. Stop runs when rewards flatten.
Common Mistakes
- Upgrading three lanes evenly—pick one to dominate early.
- Ignoring debuffs; raw DPS underperforms without armor answers.
- Floating gold during elite timings; spike before the wave lands.
